There’s more to Cornwall than beaches. It’s got a long engineering history and a thriving tech scene – and we’re proud to have been part of it since 2018.
Our founder Matt grew up here, and after years working with Cornish tech startups, he started Hiyield in 2018. Fast-forward to today and we’re a team of developers, designers and problem-solvers based in the centre of Truro, building high-performing websites and progressive web apps – and picking up some silverware along the way, including Development Agency of the Year at the 2025 European Agency Awards and Best Development Agency at the 2026 National Digital Awards.
We’re really pleased with how the site turned out. We’re already seeing the impact of Hiyield’s work — we saw almost 4.5x more clicks and 67x more impressions from our site within a month. So far, we’ve only indexed 17% of our site’s pages, so we are expecting those numbers to still increase.
