We won big at the West Country Women Awards 2025!
Our brilliant COO, Laura Hudspith, was awarded Green Business of the Year – a recognition that truly reflects her passion and commitment to sustainability. And our very own Head of Marketing, Lyssa-Fêe Crump, took home the Women in Digital and Marketing award. An absolutely bodacious achievement!
We couldn’t be prouder of our West Country Women Award winners – and of the entire Hiyield team, who bring award-worthy dedication to everything they do, every single day.

It’s always a joy to celebrate our teammates for the incredible things they do, and today we’ve got double the reason to cheer. We’re excited to share that two of our brilliant colleagues, Laura Hudspith and Lyssa-Fêe Crump, reached the finals of this year’s West Country Women Awards 2025!
The awards shine a spotlight on the talent, dedication and impact of women across the region, and we couldn’t be happier to see Laura and Lyssa in the mix.

Women in Digital & Marketing finalist – Lyssa-Fêe Crump
Lyssa brings creativity, expertise and energy to everything she does. She drives authentic, accessible digital marketing at Hiyield and helps us connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. By combining data-driven strategy with inclusive practices, she stands out, and this recognition celebrates the difference she’s making

The West Country Women Awards showcase the achievements of so many incredible women across the South West. Scanning the list of semi-finalists, we feel inspired by the talent, passion and positive change happening in our region.
