Five New Starters in July 

Our team is our most valuable asset, and finding new people that fit our culture, passion and ambition is always a great experience, even if it can be a little time consuming. We were fortunate to find five people that we were delighted to bring into the business, bringing a wealth of experience and passion from various backgrounds and all at different stages of their careers.

In the past we have had huge success with apprenticeships, and in July we bought in two new developer apprentices with Truro College. Previous team members have gained formal qualifications whilst taking on an apprenticeship at Hiyield. Alfie and Jake have joined the WordPress development team, where they will tap into the years of experience already available to them and develop their own future in this incredible development team.

Our work is often complex and tricky, that’s why we always lean on our amazing delivery team and project managers to ensure that projects are ship shape, delivering on time and on budget for our clients regardless of the size or scope of the digital products we are developing. Our newest project manager is James, who joins us in our Bristol office. He brings a huge amount of knowledge and experience in project management and will be a huge asset for both Hiyield and our clients. 

The marketing team also saw a shuffle in July, with long term Marketing Lead Emil leaving to continue to work in his family business. He will be missed, but we are pleased to be able to bring in Emily and Steve to power up the Commercial functions. Emily will build the growth and retention strategy whilst Steve will focus on digital marketing delivery. They both bring many years of experience to Hiyield and have lots of ideas to put into action.
