At Hiyield on the team, we currently have Justin, a former apprentice, and Paige and Logan are working towards completing their apprenticeships. We’re also getting ready to welcome another apprentice later in the year. Apprenticeships are a vital part of who we are at Hiyield.

Now, let’s talk about the cherry on top – our big win at the Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards! We were crowned SME Employer of the Year, and the judges described Hiyield as “second to none for its commitment to apprenticeship training, communication and successful return on investment, by valuing placements as highly as they do and positivity echoing across the whole company, Hiyield has established apprenticeships as a path to lifelong learning and wage growth”.

And that’s not all! Logan Ford won Digital and IT Apprentice of the Year, and Paige Sambells won Marketing Apprentice of the Year.
