1. Offer Details

1.1. One Day of Free Development:
Each new 12-month website hosting contract is eligible for one day (7.5 hours) of free development work valued at £750 + VAT. Additional development days will be charged at £750 + VAT per day. An estimate will be provided in advance for any additional work required beyond the complimentary day.
1.2. Eligibility:
This offer applies exclusively to websites built using WordPress.

2. Hosting Specifications
2.1. Hosting Environment:
Websites will be hosted on servers provided by Positive Internet Company, located in the UK.
Positive Internet Company’s data campus is powered by 100% renewable energy, including on-site wind generation, with surplus energy fed back into the grid.

3. Terms of Use
3.1. Contract Duration:
The 12-month contract period begins on the date the hosting service is activated.
3.2. Cancellation Policy:
If the contract is terminated before the end of the 12-month period, the customer will be responsible for paying the full price of any additional development work completed.
3.3. Development Work Scope:
The scope of the free development day includes tasks mutually agreed upon between the customer and Hiyield.
Any additional work outside the initial agreement will be charged at the standard rate of £750 + VAT per day.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Service Interruptions:
Hiyield is not liable for any service interruptions or downtime caused by Positive Internet Company server issues or other third-party hosting problems.
4.2. Third-Party Services:
Hiyield cannot be held responsible for the performance or sustainability claims made by Positive Internet Company or any other third-party services used in the hosting package.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Modifications:
Hiyield reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers with 30 days’ notice.
5.2. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By taking out a 12-month website hosting contract with Hiyield, you agree to these terms and conditions.
