We’re finalists for six National Digital Awards!

We’ve got some rather exciting news.

Hiyield has been named a finalist at the National Digital Awards across six categories – and our very own Laura Hudspith is shortlisted for Best Agency Ops Director of the Year too. We’re absolutely made up, and we’d love your support to help us bring some of these home.

Six categories! Wow! Each one reflects something we genuinely care about – technical excellence, meaningful client work with charities and public sector organisations, a team culture we’re genuinely proud of, and a commitment to inclusion and belonging that runs through everything we do.

A very well-deserved spotlight on Laura

We couldn’t let this moment pass without saying a little something about Laura. As our COO, she’s the person who keeps everything moving – thoughtfully, calmly, and with real care for the team. The way she’s shaped how we work and keeps pushing us to do it better is something we don’t take for granted. Being recognised at a national level for that work is brilliant and entirely deserved.

Why these nominations mean something to us

The National Digital Awards recognise some genuinely brilliant work happening across the UK’s digital industry, so being in the mix feels like a big deal.

Every single one of these nominations is a reflection of the people who make Hiyield what it is. Developers who care about craft. Designers who centre real humans. A team that champions each other and the communities they build for. The curiosity, the craft, the genuine care for doing things right – that’s what’s behind every one of these nominations. We’re lucky to work with such brilliant people, and moments like this are a good reminder to celebrate that!
