At Hiyield, we’ve always believed that a business should be measured by more than just its bottom line. For us, success is about the footprint we leave behind – in our local Cornish community, within our team, and across the digital landscape. Our brand-new 2024–2025 impact report has just landed, and it’s a milestone moment for the studio. This year’s report isn’t just a collection of statistics; it’s a reflection of a year that has fundamentally changed who we are and how we work.

A year of radical change

The past twelve months have seen Hiyield undergo its biggest transformation yet. Most notably, we’ve officially transitioned to being an employee-owned business. This wasn’t just a legal shift for our founder, Matt Ville; it was a commitment to making sure the people who build our products truly share in our success.

In the full report, we dive deep into what this transition has meant for our studio culture. From the appointment of our first employee trustee to the launch of our internal forums, we’re sharing the honest, “behind-the-scenes” journey of what it really looks like to put power back into the hands of the team.

Navigating the digital footprint

As a digital agency, our environmental impact isn’t always visible, but it is significant. This year, we’ve taken massive strides in “digital decarbonisation.” We’ve been working quietly in the background to move our clients toward a greener web, ensuring that high-performance tech doesn’t have to come at a cost to the planet.

The report details our latest carbon data – including some progress we’re proud of in dropping our emissions.

Doing digital the right way

We are incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re even more excited about where we’re headed next. Whether you’re a client, a fellow B Corp, or just curious about how a digital studio can be a force for good, we’d love for you to take a look at our journey.

We don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re committed to finding them alongside our partners and our community.
