What is really important though, is that client happiness is driven by digital performance. Our work, as digital developers, is always about creating the best possible products, and that requires laser-like focus on the end user to ensure that project delivers business growth for our clients.

Here’s some great examples of client projects that have really delivered on all of these fronts.

Utopia Plates came to us to undertake the creation of a new website to help their business to grow. They sell custom 3D and 4D number plates, and had a vision to become the true market leader in this valuable industry.

We worked as an extended part of their team to build a modern website that took its lead from in-depth UX analysis, turning that data into two clearly defined customer journeys.

The result for the client is a website that has a 500% increase in turnover.

BizSpace wanted a sleek and optimised website that would enable them to increase bookings for their flexible workspace. 

Challenge accepted.

Working with new brand guidelines and the team at BizSpace we created more effective UX design and user journeys that resulted in a 208% increase in website conversions. For the client, this means more enquiries and bookings, and that means more revenue.

DM Orthotics is a leading producer of wearable orthoses made of dynamic elastomeric fabric that assists people with disabilities in improving their mobility. We helped them to realise a more effective delivery of their direct to consumer selling, building a powerful new website that helped to increase traffic, engaged sessions, time on site and ultimately, conversions.

Our work included development of the brand itself, with our design teamd delivering new logos and brand guidelines to match customer personas. The development team then used this design work to build seamless user journeys through the new website, this teamwork is the driving force behind a powerful D2C website that allows DM Orthotics to increase their revenue.

Pet GP came to us looking to develop their ‘virtual clinic’, building a service that would be simple, efficient and powerful for users. We took the challenge and created a rational scheme of work to create the perfect solution.

We looked at persona research, competitor analysis, empathy mapping and user journeys, developing a streamlined approach based around two core user journeys. 

Our mobile first online tool launched with great success, seeking over 2000 subscribers over the first year, a number that has continued to grow.

For many years we have been the tech partner of choice for The Wave, developing their booking system, helping them to smoothly manage onsite operations on a day to day basis and handling thousands of bookings. More recently they came to us to find a solution to add a booking stream to the site specifically for onsite accommodation. We were able to work as part of the team, understanding gate marketing need, and create additional booking system capability to seamlessly handle accommodation bookings on top of the current booking capabilities.

In the first few weeks of the additional service being live The Wave received thousands of successful bookings, all with the peace of mind that much like surf bookings, the data was being delivered efficiently so as to maximise revenue and simplify onsite operations.
