We take your idea and give it the vital ingredients it needs to become a user-focused product ready for market validation.

Minimum Viable Product
What and why an MVP?
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is an early released product with enough features for customers to interact with, giving you quality feedback early in the products lifecycle.
There are a number of reasons why you might want to build a Minimum Viable Product:
- If you want to get your product to market as quickly as possible
- You want to prove the business case before investing too much money
- You don’t want to make any big, costly mistakes early on
You don’t need to go big right away.
Launching a Minimum Viable Product and then making iterative updates based on real user feedback can help you scale sustainably.
When creating a Minumum Viable Product you build the minimum set of features that will allow you to gather feedback from your early adopters. We then use this feedback to make iterative improvements and developments.
Collaboration and transparency are key to creating a successful Minimum Viable Product, and we have managed to create a process that allows us to do that perfectly.
MVP
5 steps to creating your Minumum Viable Product
Step one: Learning and expanding your idea
The first thing we do is get to know you, your idea, and explore where the real value lies.
Step two: Discovery and planning
During phase two, we deep dive into the details of your idea. We will explore your target users, discover their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. We will look at the wider perspective to help us gain direction.
Step three: Requirements
Now we know about your user and the desired outcomes, we can prioritise your product requirements. What do we need to include in this Minimum Viable Product to deliver the most value as early as possible?
Step four: Product design
Our designers know how to create a beautiful, interactive prototype that will thrill your target users. We can explore the user journeys and make sure we are happy with the pathways before building.
Step five: Development
Next, our experience and enthusiastic developers work their magic and bring your product to life. Using Productive, our project management tool, you will be able to see their progress as it happens and be able to give feedback to them.
hug
We took hug from idea into Minimum Viable Product.
hug was an idea we loved to get behind, helping people at work be healthier. We took hug through our full process and today, the product is up and running taking on clients.
'hug has been successfully launched to market with very positive feedback from customers. hiyield continues as the ongoing technology and development partner and we’re all delighted with the results.'
