Here, it’s our aim to help you understand where you are with UX right now, and where you can go based on your business objectives. Here’s how we do it.

A crystal clear overview of your entire user experience (UX)
Getting to know your business and its objectives
It’s very important for us to get to know you and your business as well as we can, as well as what your overall business objectives are. We’re a friendly bunch of UX auditors that like to have fun from start to finish, it’s built into our culture.
Here we want to understand as much as we can about your business and what your north star is. We then like to talk to a variety of stakeholders individually to get different opinions of what your business objectives are. Commonly it’s getting more sales – something a UX audit can hugely help – or to make an experience that reflects our mission.
By talking to a variety of stockholders individually, we find that we get a chance to dive deeper than just high-level opinions gaining an insight into pain points.
Your users, their motives and what they want to achieve
Now that we are brought up to speed with your business, it’s time to target your users. We will create personas based on an overview of your analytics (should you have it), as well as wider research in your potential users too. We’ll get to know user demographic, geographic and more turning them into a variety of user personas. Then using these personas, we will contact real people – your users and carry out interviews to get an understanding of their experience with your product.
Heuristic evaluation
Here we will have 2-5 auditors brought in. They will all have access to research that has already been carried out, and every auditor will go through the user journeys of your product by themselves. This is so that the auditor’s opinions are not influenced by others creating a fair test. They will work through a range of topics using a special UX audit checklist.
The findings and your UX audit report
Our UX audit will end with collating everything we have learnt into one document. Based on our experience in the product world, we will then add our recommendations to your UX audit report, along with a variety of options of how you can carry them out and what steps to take, such as prototyping, wire framing or an MVP.
