The team at EMMA provide financial advice to the people of the East Midlands, using skills, experience and knowledge on the phone and then to provide written explanations. This isn’t always a simple solution, but is hugely important guidance for users in need of solutions. We have taken this landscape and created a fully digitised tool for financial advisors to use, a system that takes their skills and experience and automates the outputs that service users require. It saves time and money and allows this hugely important service to help more people than they previously could, due to time saving on each appointment.

Texl approached us to help realise a new management and leadership assessment service, a digital tool that could be used to survey leadership teams. We helped them to adopt an MVP (minimum viable product) approach that allowed them to enter the market quickly, test the product and create a feedback loop that enabled us to tighten the platform on further iterations. There’s plenty of data and background operations in a system like this, but our UX and UI work blended the complex processes into a beautiful digital interface.

Stage One: Discovery

We dive deep into your business, your brief and most importantly, what your end user needs, regardless of industry, product or solution. We will work with you to test what you currently have, question your brief and requirements and test with users to boil everything down to the real need.

Stage Two: Prototypes and Wireframes

This is when the solid research is rolled into tangible action. Creating wireframes and prototypes at pace to investigate the findings of the discovery stage. When we build and test our prototypes we are still focused on business needs and end user requirements. The aim will be to find the most efficient solution that drives the actions that are required.

Stage Three: Iterate, test & Learn

Once we are all on the same page we will work on the development of your app or website, getting as close to a finished product as is possible. But we know that the finished product is usually a number of iterations away, we work with businesses to road test each stage of the product development to ensure we find the very best solution – it might not be what you, as a client, assume it will be.
