We’re ISO 9001 & 27001 certified!

Yep, you heard it. After months of getting everything ready on top of the day-to-day, we’re excited to announce that we’re ISO 9001 & 27001 certified.

But, what is ISO?

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international, independent body which produces standards in a wide range of business fields, against which a company can be assessed.

As a fast-growing tech company, we knew we wanted to prove we excelled in two areas: Information Security (ISO 27001) and Quality Management (ISO 9001).

I’m sure you’ve wondered whether or not to trust an agency: Do they do what they say they do? Or is it all a marketing façade?

This is where ISO bridges the gap between business and customer. Essentially, becoming ISO certified adds credibility and trust between a company and their customers, showing a level of quality.

Some businesses have to have an ISO certificate by law. And some companies will only work with ISO-accredited firms.

We passed ISO 9001 & 27001 with flying colours 

Seeing that we have grown from five people to a team of 20 plus in just a few years with a quickly growing client base, we knew it was time to become ISO certified. And today, we’re excited to say that we passed with flying colours.

What is ISO 9001?

These principles are explained in more detail in ISO’s quality management principles. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.”

What is ISO 27001?

Again, from the ISO official website: “ISO/IEC 27001 is widely known, providing requirements for an information security management system (ISMS), though there are more than a dozen standards in the ISO/IEC 27000 family. Using them enables organizations of any kind to manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.”
